INTRODUCTION: This report describes the outcome of the work package 3 (WP3) – “Data Management”, within the project SeMiFOT. The work package was divided into three tasks: Data acquisition, data base/storage and analysis tools. The overall aim of WP3 has been to further develop and refine the data management in Swedish FOTs. Much of the work has a base in what was done in the project Test Site Sweden FOT and in other company specific FOTs. This report describes what was implemented and used, as well as identified issues throughout the project and recommendations for future studies. The appendix is an overview of the software and the relationship between software components, the Data Acquisition System (DAS), the database and the analysis tools. In this document, there are several references to what is  called Task Reports. These are reports written throughout the project cover different aspects of the work. This should be seen as additional information only and is not submitted as part of the deliverable, the deliverable should give an overview of the critical aspects of WP3 – but for deeper understanding of what is specified, implemented and considered, the task reports may be read.
