SAFER Seminar: Child Safety Research at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia
The Center for Injury Research and Prevention (CIRP) is an interdisciplinary pediatric injury research center at CHOP with over 35 core staff and over 25 affiliated researchers, CIRP’s mission is advancing the safety of children through research. The mission is accomplished through rigorous, interdisciplinary, scientific studies on pressing issues in all phases of childhood injury, including pre-event, event, and post-event injury, in order to identify areas ripe for intervention
Kristy Arbogast, PhD, is the Director for Engineering for CIRP at The Children’s
Kristy Arbogast is a visiting researcher in the SAFER project “Rear Seat Safety for Short Occupants in Side Impact (4 yrs to 5th percentile female)” and will now give a seminar about her previous work.
