Welcome to Giulio Bianchi Piccinini's docent lecture
SAFER related researcher Dr. Giulio Bianchi Piccinini will give his Docent lecture "Understanding and modelling human behaviour during driving" on August 23, 2019. Most welcome!
Giulio Bianchi Piccinini is an assistant professor at the Crash Analysis and Prevention unit, within the division of Vehicle Safety at Chalmers University. He has a MSc in Automotive Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin and a PhD in Transportation Systems from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto. His research focuses on the understanding of crash causation mechanisms and the modelling of road user behaviour, to support the development of active safety systems and automated driving. His work is connected to SAFER, Vehicle and Traffic Safety Centre at Chalmers.
After the lecture a reception will be held at SAFER. No need for registration, just show up!
