Tobias Aderum, Director of Research & Innovation from Magna Electronics will host this week's SAFER Thursday seminar. 

Abstract: An introduction of Magna who has been part of SAFER since mid 2023 and will present its journey towards safer ADAS. There is a lot of attention to self-driving cars but there is still a big potential in addressing more traffic problems with the development of ADAS and active safety systems. In this seminar Tobias Aderum, Director of Research & Innovation at Magna Electronics, will share some examples of what Magna does at the Research & Innovation department at Magna Electronics, and what we look at address traffic safety.  Some examples related to sensing systems, challenging scenarios and connectivity will be shared.
