Daniel Lundgren Safety and Compliance Manager from Axkid will present Discover Axkid: A new addition to the SAFER collaboration!
Our expertise in child safety encompasses understanding of injury mechanisms, biomechanical responses, and protection principles specific to child occupants. But also, even more 
importantly, a comprehensive understanding for how car seats are used in reality and what factors are important for protection of children in cars, because the safest car seat is the one 
that the parents actually understand and use correct. We will outline primary research questions that we intend to pursue through SAFER to advance child safety in transportation contexts. 
Moreover, we will showcase select project examples that capture our competence in this field. These examples will provide a glimpse into our capabilities and the collaborative opportunities 
that we can offer you in future collaboration activities.
