Unique in traffic?

Apr, 18 2016

Last Friday, on the 15th of April, SAFER hosted a seminar at the International Science Festival Gothenburg. This year the theme for the festival was Unique but alike (Unika men lika).

On the stage in the busy shopping mall Nordstan were three SAFER researchers each talking about how different we all are in traffic. We have different shape, weight, age, and personally - all which has to be taken into account when developing safety systems.

Tania Willstrand, VTI, Karin Brolin, Chalmers and Ola Benderius, Chalmers, gave short talks and the seminar ended with a Q&A moderated by Anna Nilsson-Ehle.

Taking part in the Science Festival is one of the activities SAFER conducts to dissiminate its research to the general public. This was the fifth year SAFER participated.
