An inland harbor in Borås and autonomous trucks could contribute to more efficient container transport between Gothenburg port and Viared's trading area.This project aim to create the conditions for this. Auto Freight (originally called ”Highly Automated Freight Transport”, HAFT) want to test autonomous driving with long vehicle combinations (A-double: truck and two trailers) and include one test vehicle combination for test track use and one vehicle combination used in real traffic.
