Project

The long-term goal addressed with this pre-study is to establish SAFER as an internationally attractive partner and leader within "Care & Rescue" utilizing the national position of strength (SAFER, TUCAP, Metis, etc.) now being established. The pre-study will give input regarding positioning and strategic directions for obtaining this position, an improved international network and publications.
