INTRODUCTION: This report describes the outcome of the work package 1 (WP1) – “Management”, within the project SeMiFOT. The work package was divided into two tasks: “Project and process management” and “Dissemination, awareness and results exploitation”. The overall aim of WP1 has been to coordinate the project to meet the project goals, disseminate the project and make the results and the competence of the project partners visible to strengthen their FOT position on an international level and finally to assure that the results are well documented and known in order to elevate the starting point for new projects and research. This report describes the work of the project group, the special focus areas, the outcome and lessons learned. Early on in the project, the need for a specific Consortium Agreement including a focus on data handling and data sharing was identified, as these issues are essential for a project dealing with personal integrity issues and vehicle internal data used during joint analysis. This focus area is given a specific section in the report.
