Erik Ström came second in the Gothenburg finals in the national competition "Forskar-Grand Prix"
Take a handful of sand from the "death bin". Erik's stand up-sessions passed with great distinction. The jury praised him for his passionate and pedagogical narrative technique, when he held 3 and 5 minutes lecturers about Vehicle communication.
His sand metaphor made a good point of how many lives the research could save. The winner of the Gothenburg competition was also from Chalmers, Professor Igor Zoric. It was very close between the two top names.
