New co-drivers contribute to SAFER's research areas
We welcomes Per Andreas Langeland and Niklas Strand as co-drivers to SAFER's Research areas!
In order to further contribute to efficiency and strategic approach for our joint work within the research areas, an additional person will be assigned to support each reference group. This person, the "co-driver", has the task to support the Research area director (RAD), for instance by being a proactive speaking partner and keep a strategic dialogue in general matters related to the Research area and its development, as well as support with some administrative tasks.
The goal for this in-kind contribution is to create an even higher value for the partners who participate in the preparation of SAFER’s research work in the groups and relieve certain work from the Research area director. Two of the roles are already set up, it will be Niklas Stand from VTI for Research area Road user behavior and for Safety performance evaluation Per Andreas Langeland from TØI will be the support. Both have a long and solid experience in their respective fields and we warmly welcome them in their new roles.
