As the year wraps up, we are thrilled to share the results of this year’s Partner Satisfaction Index (PSI) – and they are nothing short of extraordinary!

This annual survey assess how our partner organisations perceive SAFER as a collaboration platform and identifies what they value most. The feedback highlights the strength of our network and the effectiveness of SAFER Stage 6’s new initiatives. This year, the PSI hit a record 4.96/6, the highest score since the measurement begun in 2020, climbing from 4.40 last year.

What partners appreciate the most

• Top-rated activity: Knowledge sharing and networking activities (e.g. seminars, webinars, workshops, and conferences) scored 5.17/6, cementing their position as the most valued aspect of SAFER.
• Strong scores across the board: No question scored below 4, with an average across all questions of 4.73.
