The SAFER office will be open and you can come here for work and use the facilities as you want according to your own company’s /organisation’s recommendation. Should Chalmers’ or authorities’ guidelines change, we will update you accordingly. To the greatest extent possible, it is business as usual for us, with some adaptations to the situation:

• Switch to online meetings, e.g. Thursday seminars, Research area days, SAFER Updates, Management team and SAFER Board etc.
• Office still open following guidelines from Chalmers and Lindholmen Science Park.
• Precautions, including increased cleaning and access to disinfectants (there are currently very few people at Lindholmen Science Park).
• Members of SAFER secretariat work partly from home, but always available via digital tools. We aim to continue to support in various practical matters and you can always reach the SAFER secretariat at safer@chalmers.se
• Rescheduling the upcoming call for pre-studies to ensure that all level 1 partners can participate.
• Upgrade of equipment in conference rooms and for web meetings.
• We are planning for some re-scheduling of activities in at least some projects.
• Continuous dialogues with the financiers, primarly Vinnova, EU and VGR.
