World Health Organisation (WHO) has released the strategy Save LIVES: a road safety technical package.

This is an evidence-based inventory of priority interventions with a focus on speed management, leadership, infrastructure design and improvement, vehicle safety standards, enforcement of traffic laws and post-crash. Seeing safe transport systems with zero tolerance to fatalaties and severe injuries being integrated in global strategies is a major advancement for road safety.
