Jonas Östh, Department of Applied Mechanics, Division of Vehicle Safety, will present his licentiate thesis, entitled:

"Active Muscle Responses in a Finite Element Human Body Model"


This work has been carried out at SAFER - Vehicle and Traffic Safety Centre at Chalmers, as project B8: Development of Active HBM in Frontal Impact Situations.

The abstract of the thesis is attached below. If you would like to have a printed copy of the thesis before the presentation it is available to pick-up at the desk of Jonas Östh at the SAFER office or contact Jonas and he will send it to you with regular mail.
