‘What does vehicle automation mean for infrastructure, road user behaviour and safety?

 

Dr. Farah is currently visiting the Accident Prevention group at Chalmers. In her lecture she will introduce the on-going research of her group on the topic of automated vehicles with respect to the road infrastructure, road user behaviour, and traffic safety. She will highlight the current research gaps, challenges and future research directions.

Her research is based on a multidisciplinary approach that incorporates traffic analysis, behavioral sciences, econometrics, and experimental design.
