Marco Dozza is an associate professor in the division of Vehicle Safety, Chalmers and SAFER. His academic background is in Electrical Engineering (M.Sc.), Bioengineering (Ph.D.), Active Safety, and Human Factors. His present research focuses on modeling road-user behavior to support the design and evaluation of both active safety systems and automated driving. Current projects within the Road-User Vehicle Interaction group in the Crash Analysis and Prevention research area focus on modeling driver response processes at different automation levels and exploring interactions between vulnerable road users and drivers, particularly at intersections and in overtaking scenarios. This research is performed at SAFER, the Vehicle and Traffic Safety Center at Chalmers.

Welcome to his Installation lecture "Safe road-user interactions: Can automated driving be safe and acceptable for everyone?"!
