SAFER has now moved into new facilities at Kuggen, Lindholmsplatsen 1, second floor, in the heart of Lindholmen Innovation District. We are very pleased with the new office and look forward to welcoming the SAFER community to a vibrant meeting place for collaboration, dialogue and knowledge exchange.

The premises are designed for co-creation, learning and collaboration, with flexible spaces for project meetings, working group meetings, workshops, seminars and other activities connected to SAFER portfolio projects and project-creation initiatives. You are also warmly welcome to stop by, work between meetings and spend time with us at Kuggen.

The facilities include:

• A larger hybrid conference room for about 50 participants
• Smaller meeting and breakout rooms
• A dynamic lounge area for networking, informal meetings and lunch seminars
• Touchdown workspaces where you are welcome to sit and work between meetings

Please find the attached presentation with more details about the facilities and the different spaces available. We are not fully settled in yet, so the photos do not quite do the rooms justice at this stage, but we are well on our way.

To book rooms or discuss possible activities, please contact Sophia at ekesand@chalmers.se or the SAFER mailbox safer@chalmers.se  For frequent users, we are currently looking into the possibility of providing personal access cards and will return with more information once this is in place. Until then, you are very welcome to borrow an access card during the day when visiting us. We also have a doorbell at the entrance.
