Doctoral Colloquium: Shaping the next generation of researchers
As part of the AutoUI 2026 conference program, SAFER will host the Doctoral Colloquium on 19 September.
This invitation-only event brings together a select group of up to ten doctoral researchers from around the world, who have been chosen to present and discuss their research with a panel of internationally recognised experts in the field. The colloquium provides a unique opportunity for in-depth scientific dialogue, mentorship, and feedback at a critical stage of the participants' research journeys. With leading experts, including Professor Natasha Merat, University of Leeds and Azra Habivovic, TRATON and more, contributing to the discussions, the Doctoral Colloquium serves as an important platform for nurturing future research leaders in human-vehicle interaction, automated driving, and mobility innovation.
SAFER is proud to support this exclusive event and to contribute to strengthening the international research community shaping the future of transportation!
