The aim of this project it to: develop statistical models to describe cyclist behavior when riding traditional and electrical bicycles; and to employ these models to provide recommendation for a better design of the speed control systems for electrical bicycles. This project will make use of naturalistic cycling data from BikeSAFE and e-BikeSAFE.
