Field Data Analysis Platform

Project manager
Helen Fagerlind
Period
2012-01-01 - 2015-12-31

The purpose of this project is to increase the competence for road safety analyses at Chalmers that will support all SAFER partners. The project aims to co-finance the employment of one person at the Department for Applied Mechanics who will lead the development of a Field Data Platform (i. e. a platform for collection and analysis of field data). This person shall collect competences within analysis in order to reach a consensus within SAFER and to e.g. attract research funding from national and international financiers. An important part of the work consists of developing methods for linking together different types of analysis and data from different types of data bases.
