Full title: Proactive assessment of cognitive work environment in ambulance healthcare (Proaktiv bedömning av kognitiv arbetsmiljö i ambulanssjukvården)

This project intends to improve the conditions for understanding and assessing the level of cognitive load in ambulance healthcare. The project intends to fulfill the following social benefit and research purposes:
Aim 1: Map how cognitive load factors appear in ambulance healthcare (type of load, critical abilities, time aspects, frequency, intensity, consequences in case of wrongdoing, etc.).
Aim 2: Further develop the previous assessment model PreKo 1.0
Aim 3: Develop a process for how the further developed PreKo 2.0 method can be used for structured assessment of cognitive load in ambulance care and provide recommendations for appropriate measures when inappropriate cognitive load is detected.
