Full title: Advancing Technical and Societal Readiness of Remote Operation in Connected, Cooperative, and Automated Mobility (CCAM) Services for People and Goods - HORIZON-CL5-2025-04-D6-01

The aim of RemoteReadyMove is to develop and test a technological, economically viable and societal-ready RO framework for automated vehicles. It focuses on the technological advancement of components and the evaluation of various RO applications from different use case areas, including the transport of people and goods.

RemoteReadyMove generates guidelines and policy recommendations, a safety assurance framework, and updates of CCAM roadmaps dealing with RO issues that need to be addressed to enable the large-scale deployment of CCAM systems. By bringing together experts from research, industry, transport, and policy, the project addresses the technical, operational, regulatory, and societal challenges of RO. Through pilot activities (Sweden, Germany, France, Spain, and Greece), stakeholder engagement, and policy recommendations, RemoteReadyMove aims to support the responsible adoption of remote operation solutions across Europe.

Traffic safety benefit: Create guidelines, business cases and safety tools to implement an economically viable and socially accepted Remote Operations framework for CCAM. Demonstrates, monitors and maintains reliable traffic safety systems in complex CCAM environments and ODDs.
