The SARPA project aims to investigate how an architecture for mix fleets of automated vehicles and/or vehicle functions should be designed and integrated with current vehicles architecture, and to identify what kind of safety functionality is needed to guarantee that automated vehicles and vehicle functions are safe. Another objective is to create a research environment where academia can be invited to verify and validated their research in autonomous vehicle.
